Shanna Williams is a trauma-informed somatic coach and bodyworker, astrologer, grief educator, and regenerative farmer whose work explores the intersection of astrology, embodiment, self-trust, and what it means to live a deeply authentic and meaningful life.
Through astrology and somatic practice, Shanna supports people in developing a deeper relationship with themselves—using the birth chart not as a set of fixed answers, but as a living tool for self-discovery, reflection, and remembering the wisdom already within them. Her work invites people beyond intellectually understanding who they are and into an embodied experience of themselves: learning to listen to the language of their bodies, recognize the patterns and conditioning that have shaped them, and discern what is truly theirs from what they have learned they need to be.
At the heart of her approach is a curiosity about our authentic shape—the ways we naturally move, create, connect, feel, desire, and orient toward life when given the space to be fully ourselves. By weaving astrology with nervous system care and somatic practice, Shanna helps people gently unravel inherited beliefs, societal expectations, and protective patterns while building the self-trust and capacity to inhabit more of who they actually are.
Shanna has studied astrology extensively with Rosie Finn, Debra Silverman, and Rakai’el Webb, and is currently deepening her studies through mentorship with Renee Sills. Drawing from psychological, evolutionary, and embodied approaches to astrology, she brings both depth and curiosity to the way she works with the birth chart.
Through 1:1 sessions, mentorship, classes, and group spaces, Shanna supports people through seasons of change, grief, growth, and transformation while helping them develop their own relationship with astrology—learning to read and trust their charts as a resource they can return to again and again.
At the heart of Shanna’s work is a devotion to honoring the full spectrum of the human experience and the belief that purpose is not something outside of us to find, but something that becomes clearer as we shed what was never ours, deepen into our authentic shape, and learn to trust the wisdom already living within us.
